A ROW has broken out among Dublin councillors over a proposal to name the Dublin Port Tunnel in honour of Charles Haughey.. I have to say the idea of the Charlie Tunnel is really quiet funny. Imagine how many people will got to the toll booth operator and go "Thanks a million big fella" when they pay their way.
