The dam PC I am at won't let me watch the clip but I assume its Lisa giving Wiggum clues as to who shot Burns in the Red Room, a parody of a dream Agent Cooper had early in the Twin Peaks series.

Inland Empire is astounding, more a work of art than a movie. I think 'enjoyed' is the wrong word here. I've been haunted by it since seeing it and my thoughts on it are as confused as the film itself. It just grabs you by the throat and never lets go...even after you've left the theatre.
That said i would not recommend it to anybody
No recommendation. That's quite interesting. Might take issue with that on DL later on.
Nothing from the film has yet resonated in my subconscious, and I don't believe anything will. It was not, for me, a particularly frightening film, nor freaky in any Twin Peaks way. It was just, well, interesting, as is Lynch's nature. And terribly funny, a lot of the time. That scene with the homeless people...

Sorry for not being clearer regarding recommending the movie.
If someone asks for my thoughts on the movie they will, of course, get them.
Should people see it? Yes, anybody who's interest in film extends beyond Wayan bros. movies should see it.
When i say I wouldn't recommend it to somebody i mean I wouldn't be able to tell somebody that they will enjoy or get the film on any level. I wouldn't be able to tell them that they won't despise it and walk out after an hour as many did last night. The film is just too....well interesting, if you know what i mean. My message would be, 'make up your own mind if you want to go see it or not'.
I think i'm tying myself in knots.
