In the ever eventfully life of Chavez. He has decided to start collectivisation of land. Rule by decree now collectivisation. All he needs to do is start a pogrom and he is Stalin.
Scary times for Venezuela... but his rise to power is not the fault of market failures, but of fascism. It's sad that the people of Venezuela are simply moving from one kind of statism to another.
