Rory Carroll

Rory Carroll journalist with the Guardian News paper has been kidnapped in Iraq. He had been interviewed by Pat Kenny earlier in the day (you can probably hear it here for the next week). His father a far Irish Times journalist was interviewed on TV today and seemed very much in control. He said that he had been dreading that this would happen but was confident that he would be returned. Rory Carroll carries an Irish passport but I'm not sure that will really help.
