Saddam Hussein sentenced to death by hanging
Saddam Hussein has been convicted and sentenced to death by hanging for crimes against humanity.
The Baghdad court Sunday also handed down death sentences to two of Saddam's co-defendants, Barzan Ibrahim, who is Saddam's half brother, and Awad Hamed al-Bandar, the head of Iraq's former Revolutionary Court. Saddam's deputy and former vice president, Taha Yassin Ramadan, was also convicted but sentenced to life in prison.
Three other party officials, including a father and son, were convicted of torture and premeditated murder and sentenced to up to 15 years in prison. A former Baath Party official was acquitted for lack of evidence and immediately set free.
They were all charged in connection with retaliatory murders after a 1982 assassination attempt.

Great to see babycare engaging with the Saddam issue. If they spared Saddam's life, we could bring him over to Ireland, and he could engage with the selfish-cunts-who-fling-their-used-nappies-on-the-pavement issue.
By gassing them, the cunts.
