Now you might expect someone at the glen eagles protest to come out with this statement. But no it was Louise Casey director of the Home Office's anti-social behaviour unit. She also stated that

"I suppose you can't binge drink anymore because lots of people have said you can't do it. I don't know who bloody made that up, it's nonsense."

and

Doing things sober is no way to get things done,

Now correct me if im wrong but is decking someone not slightly anti-social.
